1. Who we are

2. General

By using ac-at.com and placing an order you accept these Terms. The store offers ceramic tiles (porcelain, wall and floor tiles), decors, adhesives, grouts and related products for individual and business clients.

3. Prices

• All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Tile prices are per square metre unless stated otherwise.
• Products marked “price on request” are quoted individually — contact us.
• Showroom/outlet items are sold through our outlet store — the product page contains a direct link.
• Delivery costs are not included in product prices and are announced before the order is completed.

4. Ordering

Tile quantities are entered in square metres and are automatically rounded up to a whole tile; the price you pay is exactly for the rounded quantity (number of tiles). After you place an order you receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail; the sales contract is concluded when we confirm availability and dispatch. We may contact you to clarify quantities, batches or delivery.

5. Payment

• Bank transfer against a proforma invoice — the order is processed after the payment is received.
• Card payment at checkout, when available.

6. Delivery

• Courier (Econt/Speedy) to an address or office nationwide — the price depends on weight.
• Own transport for Sofia and the surrounding area; free delivery in Sofia for orders over 400 €.
• Store pickup: 16 Samokovsko Shose St, Sofia.
• In-stock items usually ship within 1–3 working days. Factory-order items have an individually confirmed delivery time.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. Products made or ordered individually for the client (factory orders) are exempt. See the Returns & claims page.

8. Claims & warranty

Consumers benefit from the statutory 2-year conformity warranty. Please inspect the goods upon delivery — visible transport damage should be noted in a protocol with the courier. Tiles with visible defects must be claimed before installation; installed tiles with defects that were visible beforehand cannot be accepted as claims.

9. Specifics of ceramic tiles

• Shade and calibre may vary between production batches — order the full needed quantity at once and check the batch before installation.
• We recommend ordering 10–15% extra for cutting waste.
• Screen photos may differ slightly from the real product.

10. Disputes & applicable law

Supervisory authority: Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg). Online dispute resolution platform of the EU: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Bulgarian law applies. Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Business clients (B2B)
